Fixed bug leading you to 0.3 even if started new game, completely skipping intro and arrival

Some GUI changes
Added a menu button in the bottom right of the screen. You can switch on/off fetishes (hairy armpits and trans only for now, but that will be the place for more options in the future) and change names whenever you want.
Added possibility to avoid pissing in intro, armpits sniffing in arrival and dirty laundry inspection in arrival due to feedback.
Edited dialogue to make MC less weirdo, but more a nice guy due to feedback.
Edited dialogue to exclude raping due to Patreon rules.
Script structure drastically changed, hoping it will help to make save files from previous versions compatible in the future. Due to changes done - they are most probably not compatible now.
