В геймплее можно задествовать веб-камеру, и пассия будет реагировать на ваши жесты, например, кивки головой. Real Kanojo, or Real Girlfriend, is Illusion's newest release in the Adult Gaming Industry (19-02-2010). This release focuses on a more realistic look and feel as compared to their earlier releases which focused mainly on anime styles.

Illusion has included many new innovations to this game including first-person perspectives, webcam support with facial tracking, dual mouse support, 3D anaglyph glasses support as well as an engine that is slightly more optimised for modern processors.

A webcam is not required to play this game.

There are 5 types of Speech Bubbles in H Mode and may require to reply YES to continue:

Collecting Hearts
Hearts collected in successful groping scenes in game gives you more times for you to change handjob to blowjob to footjob to boobjob positions in H mode at the end.

Game Routes
There are a total of 3 girls in the game namely AI (1st), AYA (2nd) and KAORI (3rd). Each girl has 4 different routes and each routes have various scenes upon satisfying the requirements needed. Follow this order to get the routes you wanted: (T = Talking Mode, G = Groping Mode, H = H Mode). Please note also that by answering a certain number of questions wrongly, you'd be warp back to the main menu or not satisfying the requirements for the later part of the game.

AI's Route:
Starting - YES (T), YES (G), YES (G), YES (G), YES [Go To Beach] / NO [Go To Pool]
Beach - No (G), YES (G), NO, (G), YES (T), YES [Go To Cave] (H) / NO [Go To Small House] (H)
Pool - YES (G), NO (T), YES (G), NO (G), YES [Go To Bedroom] (H) / NO [Remain At Pool] (H)

AI's H Mode Route 1 (Beach To Cave)
- Straight forward, no needed requirements

AI's H Mode Route 2 (Beach - Cabin)
- 2 waypoints to end
- At part when the groping options in H Mode are available, End the Mode by clicking the Embarrass Smiley Icon on the right for a different waypoint. Stimulate the girl to max for another waypoint.

AI's H Mode Route 3 (Pool - Pool)
- 2 waypoints to end
- At part when girl gives handjob in H Mode, End the Mode by clicking the Embarrass Smiley Icon on the right for a different waypoint. Shoot by clicking on the coming icon for another waypoint. Note that you can change the coming position too with the hearts you attain from the groping earlier on.
