Я сам удивлен, почему я до сих пор не объявил в раздачу этот диск, отсутствующий на трекере.
"Музыка сфер" Лангора - одно из наиболее часто исполнявшихся и записывавшихся (!) еще при жизни композитора, до его восстания из незаслуженного забытья.
Конечно же, в этом сочинении речь идет не о фантасмагориях Тихо Браге и Кеплера, а о привычной для композитора теме: конец света и противостояние антихриста и Христа. Лето жизни закончилось - пора поговорить о знакомой теме. Образы смерти возникают уже в первой, сравнительно безпечальной части сочинения.
Разделение оркестра на две группы с обособленным "удаленным оркестром" - не такая уж новость в музыке 20 века, но Лангор и здесь оказывается на высоте.
Написанные почти одновременно 4 симфонических картины для сопрано с оркестром, напротив, в записи издаются впервые.
