В этой игре нас ждут «невероятно захватывающие приключения» с элементами головоломки и игры на время. Перемещаясь по мультяшного вида больнице, нужно быстро (именно: быстро) отыскивать поступивших пациентов и успевать подбирать им профильного врача. И чем дальше, тем сложнее, — больных и калечных все больше, травмы все опаснее, а времени почти не остается! Более чем 60 уровней, распределенных между семью больницами, начиная с поселковой и заканчивая центральной нью-йоркской. Помимо стандартных режимов есть «бесконечный», в котором пациенты поступают нон-стоп-потоком и надо просто продержаться как можно дольше.
