Уже известно, что 4-ое дополнение сфокусируется на расширении возможностей для модификации игры, и это дополнение станет - автономным продуктом, а так же добавит новую основную сюжетную кампанию и новые технологии.
Что мы ранее не знали, так это объем материалов будущей модификации.

The Universe is Yours
