  Игра похожа на предыдущие игры серии. Игрок управляет Джоном Таннером в различных миссиях на улицах Сан Франциско. Новая функция "Shift" позволяет Таннеру перемещаться в другой автомобиль и продолжать выполнении миссии. Впервые в серии в игре присутствует свыше 120 полностью разрушаемых лицензированных автомобилей, включая Dodge Challenger, Dodge Viper, Alfa Romeo, Ruf, Pagani Zonda и DeLorean DMC-12. Убрана возможность выйти из автомобиля, введенная в Driver 2. Игра располагает одной из самый больших игровых территорий: 335 км дорог. Впервые в игре доступна игра через интернет в девяти различных игровых режимах.

  Oh, and please stop rereleasing 100tb of games, when you could only
