Благотворительный концерт при участии Kanye West, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Eric Clapton, Bon Jovi, Alicia Keys, Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Paul McCartney, Eddie Vedder, Roger Waters, Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band, Chris Rock, Jimmy Fallon и Chris Martin, прошедший 12 декабря 2012 г. в Мэдисон-сквер-гарден в Нью-Йорке. Концерт проводился в ответ на Ураган Сэнди, что опустошил часть Северо-Востока США в конце октября 2012 и нанес США ущерб на 63 млрд. долларов США. Концерт транслировался в прямом ТВ, радио, в кинотеатрах и через интернет на шести континентах для более миллиарда человек. Доходы от мероприятия пошли в Фонд Робина Гуда для помощи наиболее пострадавшим в штатах Нью-Йорк, Нью-Джерси и Коннектикут.
